Stripwalker Terms & Conditions

Shirts:
I typically wear an ADULT MEDIUM, but if you are concerned about the size, please contact me.

Don't have a Shirt?:
You can do one-offs at Zazzle or Cafe Press, or send me your logo (or whatever's going on the shirt), and I'll handle it for an additional $25.

Shirt Content:
I have sole discretion as to what I will or won't wear. I will NOT wear any shirts that:
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other third party rights.
  • Are libelous towards people or legal entities.
  • Violate the privacy of people or legal entities.
  • Are hateful or racist.
  • Are religious or political.
  • Promote or encourage illegal activities.
  • Are pornographic.
  • Are otherwise offensive, inappropriate, or in poor taste to me.
If you are unsure whether your shirt is appropriate, please contact me ahead of time.

Shipping Shirts:
Please be sure shirts arrive no later than TEN DAYS prior to your purchased day, otherwise I reserve the right to wear whatever I like.

Your Logo & Link for the Stripwalker calendar:
In order for your branding to appear on the Stripwalker calendar and website I will need a file or two from you. Illustrator CS4 or earlier (fonts outlined) is the ideal format, but I will also accept almost any other normal format like .psd, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .tif, etc. Two (2) files are needed if you choose to do them yourself: For the calendar, 110 x 110 pixels, for the sponsor ad, 250 x 150 pixels. 72dpi minimum, but higher resolution preferred. Email the files to me at dan@stripwalker.com.

Buying Multiple Days:
If you do not want to purchase multiple days one at a time, please contact me and I will take care of it for you.

Charity:
TEN PERCENT (10%) of your purchase will be donated by me to the charities listed on the Charity page

Refunds:
If you change your mind up to 30 days after the date of your payment, I will refund all of your money. If for any reason I don't walk on your purchased day, I will not only refund your money, but I will give you the next available day for free. There will be no refunds if you cancel after 30 days after the date of your payment or anytime on or after your walk day.
